Gfx tutorial by Loonix, glowing text.

The font I used is an X-files font, that I of course will let you 
download from my page, just go to tools section :)


1. Make a new image, 800x450 pixels, will with black

2. use type tool to make some text, about 150 points size, and fill it 
   with white (make sure it's on the same layer)

3. Save selection

4. Now Filter->noise->add noise , about 165 with uniform, monochromatic.

5. Deselect, then filter->blur->gaussian blur , with 1.

6. Now Filter->Stylize->wind , use normal wind, left. Then make 
wind to the right. Now Image->Rotate with 90 CW. Add wind both left 
and right again. Then image->rotate with 90 CCW. Repeat this again 
(so u have added 2 winds on each direction).

7. Now Image->adjust->hue/saturation. Press colorize button, 
set hue to something you think look nice, and decrease saturation some.

8. Filter->blur->motion blur , with angle on -45 , 
and radius 31 pixels.

9. You are done! Now fill the text with something cool
