Gfx tutorial by Loonix, making stars

1. Make a new picture, make it big, and fill it with black
2. Filter->Noise->Add Noise: 165, gaussian, mono
3. Filter->Blur->Gaussian blur: 1 pixel
4. Image->Adjust->Levels: input levels: 50, 0.44, 129
5. Filter->Stylize->Wind, from left .. Do it again, but let the wind come from
   right. Now Image->Rotate Canvas->90 CW. Make wind from both sides again,
   and Image->Rotate Canvas 90 CCW.
6. Repeat step 5
7. Image->Adjust->Curves: Make one point, and use input:83 output:3
8. Image->Adjust->Hue / Saturation: Expiriment.. i checked the colorize
   box, and used Hue:22 Saturation:67 Lightness:0

You should expiriment here.. try changing some values, maybe leave out
step 6, etc..
